Symantec Executive CAC

Spent this week in California (it was colder than you’d think :-) attending the Symantec Executive Customer Advisory Council. A very good forum for strategic discussion with Symantec execs and global customers. The flights on Virgin Atlantic were fabulous (I turned left), definitely my preferred airline!

A week with ITIL

Spent last week doing ITIL Service Support training. First training of the year and it was a very good course, good trainers. A lot of theory to get through (and lots of case study practical work too). The 2nd week for Service Delivery is at the end of November – exams in January. Sometimes I wonder why I put myself through these things :-)
